A collaborative platform connecting the Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine (FIRM) and the American Institute for Training and Development (AITD) to support professional education, scientific exchange, research, and international development in reproductive medicine.

The FIRM–AITD partnership is designed to create opportunities for professional learning, faculty collaboration, research engagement, and international scientific exchange.
By connecting FIRM's reproductive medicine focus with AITD's training and development platform, the collaboration aims to support physicians, embryologists, andrologists, nurses, genetic professionals, researchers, educators, trainees, and institutions across the reproductive medicine field.
